I have been working at Fabco Automotive

Small company, solid product, low volume, highly variable option, flexible manufacturing, reactive to changes... mostly good people. Good engineering software.
Good work/life balance perform well and you can go home after your weekly 40 hours.

New management team brought a new era of meetings... or how to do nothing for hours per week, hearing the same information over and over again. Disconnected from the reality of the business & not bringing sales in.
Not many people to learn from... aka learn on the job, no training.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop hiring consultants to take decisions for you... that's why you get the big salary.
Funny to consider the business profitability that way, big bloated management team, army of consultants... and failing to bring in new orders, what do you think the profitability will look like?

Make sure you lock in your key employees... with the trend the business is going on, a lot of other opportunities seem more appealing in the bay area.
