Walking out the door on your last day there. Belief in humanity returns.

Back stabbing at all levels, especially at senior leadership level. Corporate department heads are either psychotic or incredibly depressed due to the toxic nature of the environment. The only ones who stay are those who can't work elsewhere - the smart ones leave after realizing how truly awful the culture really is. Corporate slogan should be "We throw our employees under the bus better than anyone". HORRIBLE environment that grows worse every year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try sharing the wealth. Bonuses paid to senior leaders are completely out of line vs rank and file wages. Elliott chooses to ignore mistakes made by favorite employees and will destroy others for minor ones. Annual trips reward his favorites while the rest are ignored year after year. Senior leadership quickly learns to emulate how Elliott acts and is rewarded for it (and saving money at all costs) to the destruction of everything else, especially the morale of staff.
