    I have been working at FairPoint Communications full-time (more than 10 years)


    The pay is good but they have slashed all the benefits to nothing. Although the CEO got a huge raise this past year.


    Their systems are horrible. Customers either get double or triple billed or don't get billed at all. Their systems have a hard time placing a simple telephone order for service. I believe they are headed for bankruptcy for a second time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management doesn't get treated any better. Very poor Human relations company.
