    I worked at Fannie Mae as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

    -The company has many experienced individuals varying across the many levels and divisions (this experience is highly valuable to a new incoming employee (which i was)
    -Work life is great, 37/5 hours a week- 40 hours a week, you don't get worked to the bone

    Cons

    -alot of old people
    -not enough innovation
    -projects are slow
