I worked at Farmers Insurance Group full-time

A lot of departments to choose from, if you make it past the liability adjuster position.

They give you too much work, not enough resources, not enough staff for the amount of work that comes in, in their systems are consistently crashing or glitching, and their health insurance benefits really aren't that great. you start in a position and they want you to keep moving around even if you found a position that you love and fits you great.

    Advice to Management

You need more staff for the amount of work you give them, that is why there seems to be a lot of turnover at Farmers. Be lenient, and offer more overtime instead of just telling people to get it done.
