    Pros

somewhat flexible hours, great if you have a stack of cash you can live off of for about 3-5 years.

    Cons

the bar keeps getting raised and the expenses keep going up, expectation is you work 24/7 with zero income for at least 3-5 years unless you have $25,0000+ to buy another agency out. This seems to be the trend in general. 1099 status means you pay for everything (no medical, no benefits, no overtime, no disability, and the commissions are continuously cut to serve the company. Is this even legal? Forbes Magazine release an article saying NO!

    Advice to Management

A 1099 is not an employee, therefore micromanagement isn't a viable option
