I have been working at Fastaff as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Free beer at work and nice paychecks.

    Cons

This job will use you up and spit you out. They will tell you overtime is voluntary and then expect you to commit to 6 or 7 days of 10-12 hours shifts. If you can't commit to a full weekend of work you will be put on the naughty list and they will pluck people off one by one.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more staff rather than burn out your entire team. Be up front about the work requirements during the interview process rather then lie to your associates. If you are going to expect people to dedicate the amount of time needed for the project, create some buy in with the staff rather than keep pushing and pressuring.
