    Easy company to move up the ranks, you can go from a production assistant to a manager quickly. Decent incentives and good pay for the work you do. They have lots of opportunities to grow. Training and support is provided and encouraged at all levels. Well established company with a good reputation.


    Fast paste and demanding for those that think it is an easy job, it is not. Can be stressful at time, not for the easily discouraged. Experience may vary from City to City.

    Advice to Management

    Try to listen to team members advice, not every city is the same so them same rules sometimes don't apply. Each center should be treated individually. Less team meeting and better communication methods should be provided.
