    I worked at FedEx Office

    Pros

    Your CEO is a genius
    Great shipping discount
The skill set gained will set you above the competition
The atmosphere you create in store is the one you will have

    Cons

Competition between stores is great: but don't make your team look bad to make yourself look better
Ridiculous number of meetings to discuss everything
Minimal support & training for center managers
Minimal cross over opportunities from ship to print center
The atmosphere you create in store is the one you'll have,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Acknowledge your people, and hear their concerns. They are not simply griping: they've identified some aspect of the business which does not work and they want a real working solution. When they create a solution, don't try to take credit for it.
Respect your management and pay them for the work they do. Perfection is a big responsibility!
