    I worked at FedEx Office full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    A majority of the team members made the work pleasant. The work load was challenging which made for the time at the establishment go faster.

    Cons

    Unfortunately, the work-life balance was not there. The upper management failed to reprimand individuals that were not even trying to learn how to run the business. This led to removing myself from this position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If an assistant manager is unwilling to learn or work, then he or she should not be allowed to be an assistant manager.
