I have been working at FedEx Office full-time (more than an year)

It's a job. Everyone needs money to pay their bills.

Customers are often unreasonable in their expectations of what services FedEx Office offers. High turnover, extremely low pay that is not commensurate with experience, company culture of suspicion, blame placed solely on the employee

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give your employees real incentives. (POMs don't count as you have to be pushy to sell them and they are often products that no one wants.)

Also, FedEx Office might actually turn a profit one day if it focused on the basics and stopped trying to spread itself thin by offering too many products that don't make any money for the company.

And don't tell your customers how eco-friendly your company is when you do not recycle any of your ink cartridges, paper from recycling bins, or used cardboard boxes.
