    Competition between stores is great: but don't make your team look bad to make yourself look better
    Ridiculous number of meetings to discuss everything
    Minimal support & training for center managers
    Minimal cross over opportunities from ship to print center

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Acknowledge your people, and hear their concerns. They are not simply griping: they've identified some aspect of the business which does not work and they want a real working solution. When they create a solution, don't try to take credit for it.
    Respect your management and pay them for the work they do. Perfection is a big responsibility!
