    I have been working at FedEx Office part-time for more than 3 years


    Start pay is at least over $10 per hour. Worth it when nights are slow.


    Aside from the few people who demand that you drop everything to help them in self serve. Your coworkers who take large job orders then dump them upon you. The people who call and feel that gives them precedent over people who are physically in the store.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire people to do production and only production. It will save you money in the long run in loss, customer satisfaction and job turnover.
