    Pros

    - easy hours in bank supervision, virtually no stress
    - between your PTO and flex-Fridays you get almost 50 days off a year
    - low pressure environment, all deadlines are blown away with no consequences
    - secure job, there is virtually no history of involuntary terminations
    - subsidized health care (really cheap)
    - above normal retirement benefits
    - Nice place to park your life until retirement

    Cons

    - pay is significantly lower than industry.
    - performance reward system leads to mediocrity
    - no management skills required for leadership positions
    - this is an organization that is afraid of changing
    - code of conduct and ethics breaches are not taken seriously especially post-employment restrictions in supervised institutions
    - no diversity outside brainless jobs
    - antiquated technology and processes

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good benefits. Try to do more on the ethics front or at least pretend that you care.
