    Pros

Top level Market Based Pay, Good Bonuses if you do really well, Benefits are about the same as state or government, Lots of PTO (starts at about 7-8 weeks), Good Job responsibility segregation (you normally will not do anything beyond your job title), Work from home most days

    Cons

The pay, benefits, PTO and retirement are so good, most people will work till they retire, making it hard to move up and/or to another position.

    Advice to Management

Retire people earlier to get new talent with wider range of experiences, 30+ years is enough time in my opinion
