Being able to help those in need...The consumers make the day go easier even though they have a metal diagnosis...They are very perceptive as well and know what staff members are really willing to help and those that are just collecting a check.
High turn over due to Management not knowing how to deal with the staff members that do not have a diagnosis. They tip toe around the staff with a diagnosis and expect those that are not diagnosed to do the work of three people. The staff is very clicky and back stabbing. There is no comradery among staff and management unless your are related or a friend of the family.
Advice to Management
Management needs to learn how to deal appropriately with staff members that do not have a diagnosis. When there is a staff member that has stolen, caused conflicts, etc. more then once they need to be let go not coddled, diagnosis or not.
