    Training and growth opportunities
Team building activities and company events
    Some middle-managers were competent

Long hours (being flexible about long hours is a joke)
    Office layout is horrible
    Low pay

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Eliminate conflicting work priorities.
Understand that timely responses to problems mitigate the need for urgent actions.
Promoting people who are good at what they do but are not so good at managing others will alienate future talent and result in high turnover.
