I have been working at Fidelity Investments

If you can keep at job at Fidelity, that woud be a "pro"

Fidelity use to be the BEST place to work and the most respected company in the industry. To have Fidelity on your resume gave you the advantage over the competition. However, that all changed in 2007. The company culture, benefits structure and management style changed suddenly and negatively impacted clients and employees. The company has considerable market share and has been wobbling ever since, trying to determine a direction to steer, go public, sell businesses piece by piece, not succession plan, etc. I blame Roger Lawson for the down turn, but perhaps that was his purpose. In 2010, the company still has no clear direction and their current employees are not high the mgmt's priority. The constant state of layoffs and restructure proves a detriment to moral and productivity. Where is Ned?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Mgmt does not listen to any advice from employees. They don't have a clue of what they are doing which is obvious because they have repeated the same re-orgs for the last 3 years. I have seen DB re-orged 5 times and 3 of the re-orgs were the same. It is just a tactic to keep employees in fear.
