I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

nice facility, beautiful grounds. Compensation is good once you get past a certain level but getting there can be challenging.

    Cons

Lot of variability in your experience depending on who you report to. Not very many opportunities to advance, but a lot of chances to move around. Benefits are great but would be nicer to make more money instead.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want people to make their career here, pay them enough to live and give them real opportunities to advance and improve their standard of living. At this point, you pretty much have to go somewhere else if you want a meaningful salary increase over time.
