I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

incredible benefits and opportunities for advancement can be good, especially for the "right" look.

    Cons

poor work life balance, Extremely unwelcoming culture for women and minorities, very political leadership. Consistent pressure to join their Financial Services Political Action Committee and to follow the lead of the Johnson family, never question them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please recruit more women and minorities so your board and management can better engage the public. Make compensation open and honest instead of hidden long term and short "shares" for a select few.
