    I worked at Fidelity Investments

    Pros

They take care of the employees. Great training. Laid back environment at branches. There is a lot of training. I traveled to california and texas to get the right training i needed for my job. It was far better than just having someone teach me in the branch.

    Cons

They are quick to let employees go. There are a lot of people willing to work for less so they have a revolving door of employees.

The branches push contests quite frequently. You may be urged to sell something in order to meet some sort of goal, even though it might not be right for the customer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep good people when you find them.
