    Pros

This is a company that cares and provides opportunity to show it.
    1. Benefits
    2. The pay is very good especially considering the work/life balance: I declined a job that paid 10k more, but fidelity pays overtime, where as the other job was gonna work me 55-65hours per week. NOT worth it. Fidelity provides a very good pay with the ability for those who want to work over-time to make more money.
3.Great opportunities for growth. They pay you to get your licenses, they have great tuition reimbursement benefits. If you are ambitious and want to grow, Fidelity is your place. I am already planning to get my licenses, an MBA, a masters in law, and move up in the next 6-7 years.
    4. A great culture with efficiency to its core.
    5. Healthy lifestyle emphasis. They have the FIT food which means salads and healthy food is super cheap. How affordable? $2 for a salad vs $10 for hamburger. Yes, they want their employees to be healthy and thank goodness. They also have a recreation center and a health center.
    6. Ability to get involved with community and company. They have great affinity groups for LGBT, AfricanAmerican/Hispanic, Women, and Veterans. They also have FidelityCares so it is great for people who enjoy social groups.

    Cons

This is financial services and it is highly regulated, what does it mean, there are rules. LOTS OF RULES. But that is only a bad thing if you are one of those people that can't follow rules or can't follow order.

The rules are very simple: Don't be late. EVER. Not a minute. Why? Because it affects the entire company. This company handles big clients with big expectations. It handles other peoples retirements, which means their futures. Yes, there is a high level of commitment, but there is also a high level of opportunity.

    Advice to Management

Continue to have programs that allow young ambitious employees to rise to the top. Great programs, great training. I have worked in many companies and Fidelity shows it cares and it expects results.
