I worked at Finish Line part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The discount was great, the sales associates worked together and got along great. The environment was very fun. I like the non-commision style pay.

    Cons

Management needs some cleaning up, some not all. Pay can be a little better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Check in with your sales associates because we are usually the first point of contact in the store. Our smiles, our faces. Management needs to understand that. And leave there personal problems at the door.
