I have been working at Firestone Complete Auto Care as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Firestone invests a lot of money into their interns. Sales Training, events, and you get to go through the intern program with a group of interns you occasionally get to see. Full-Time opportunities may be offered if you complete the internship successfully.

    Cons

Long hours, work on weekends including Sundays. It is a Retail company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Interns should get some more hands on training, so they have a better understanding of what they are selling.
