There are some really great, smart and dynamic people who work here.

There is no care for the work-life balance of employees. Medical/dental is an industry worst and no match of 401k. Recently communicated that office of over 800 people will be sold and for most folks it will equate to 2 hours of commuting each way, higher expenses of getting to work, and additional pay roll taxes = a cut in pay.

    Advice to Management

You're greatest asset is your employees, and by creating low morale, lack of trust and severely lackluster benefits, what you're effectively doing is creating a workforce that will never be fully optimized. Keeping driving to the IPO, and it's only a matter of time before the wheels fall off.
