    Pros

You can make a lot of money if you reach your quota. I mean a lot.

    Cons

Management is lost in a sea of disillusion and confusion. I have never in my life been so disgusted with a companies attitude towards it customer. Even if a product or service is completely wrong for a customer, you are still expected to push the product on them. I makes me feel dirty at times.

    Advice to Management

The most important thing in sales is to establish a relationship with the customer and to keep them doing business with you. If you wrong them right away, it destroy's that relationship and destroys the brand image. Hence, the terrible image First Data has in the industry.
