    I worked at FirstFleet full-time for more than 8 years


    The terminal managers care about their drivers and working conditions, they work very hard to be sure everything works. There are quarterly bonuses for good safety records for the drivers.


    Their benefits run a little high especially for family.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    They might look at separation of terminal rules and benefits from the corporate offices. Corporate works are not entitled to any quarterly rewards and raises are sometimes not as good as the raise of the cost of benefits.
