I have been working at Fiserv full-time (more than 10 years)

Great company for sales professional to grow a lifetime career. Unlimited potential for growth due to large in house client base that limits the necessity of cold calling for new prospects. Outstanding benefits with 401K, company match and numerous options like HSA and wellness programs.

Company culture is both a benefit and drawback. The company preaches to their employees that they have to appear as "one". This initiative is due to the way the company as formed over the years with hundreds of acquisitions. The culture clash had had success but the forward momentum is slow due to non-adopters who protect their turf to the detriment of their co workers. Consistent enforcement of company values have caused harm to career growth in sales that lead to talented employees leaving for greener pastures.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Walk the walk as well as you talk. Company values should be more than a slogan. Improve communication and transparency when there are conflicts between business units.

    Neutral Outlook
