Advice to Management
Institute a real PS methodology and Practice. Start to teach your PMs and directors how to effectively manage scope. Institute real practice development within you different roles. Promote employees that are leaders and show they care about doing SD the right way. Currently Corillian is bleeding talent and consistently hiring poor replacements.
