Start promoting younger and more productive employees. Get rid of the old who underperform. Move people into positions that better fit their skill set.
If you are young and good at what you do you need to leave to a company with room to grow and who will recognize your talent. Time to let go of people that no longer serve a role in the company especially for their pay they are receiving from years of experience and past work.
