    I have been working at Flagship Rehabilitation as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

    Absolutely nothing - this company has no respect or concern for their employees at any level.

    Cons

    Flagship does not stand by their own values. They brought me on as a contractor at 40 hrs/week. I never once had 40 hrs and they would often give my hours away to a full time employee. This company had me driving between multiple facilities that were any hr apart and did not reimburse me in any way.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You need to consider replacing all management and starting new and people who care about their employees.
