I have been working at Flanders full-time (More than 10 years)

Many of the working employees are great. Pay and benefits are good for some. Great experience and diversity of work if you are willing to sacrifice life/work balance. The repair and manufacturing facilities are second to none.

Too many directors and managers, the company is extremely top heavy. At times the company is overly reactive, throwing everyone into crisis mode. Appears business decisions are based on faith and dreams of select individuals personal preference not strategic factual data. The company seems to have lost their way and is mired by paralysis by committee.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees (notice the long term employees are leaving?), not the directors that never leave their office or are not even at the corporate location the majority of the time - stop being so trusting of your directors and managers.
