    I have been working at FleetPride full-time (more than 8 years)


    having worked at FleetPride for several years, I think the overall job is getting better as the new ownership has shown a strong interest in improving the customer view of the company. As an employee I like good customer service and I think the ownership is giving employees better opportunities to service the customer better. One way this is happening is through improved inventory for same day service.


    I have been informed by people I know that the pay, health coverage and time off to get personal things done and rest needs to improve. Some people have told me that they will not apply to FleetPride for work because these things are not as good as other companies in the transportation field.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    As the people who contact the customer what the customer would like to have improved for customer service. Improve services such as charge applications to be done within one (5 days)week instead of several months.
