    Long hours and short staffed; the worker bee junior staff are overworked and underpaid

    Pros

    Recognize hard work with promotions
    Nice client diversity and exposure to some really big household names
    Junior staff is really smart and hard working

    Cons

    There is a lot of senior management who regularly calls out and always seems to be WFH or on vacation. Senior management is quick to tell you what you do wrong but never offers to jump in and help.
    Very little junior and mid level staff means that they are all overworked and expected to work grueling hours
    Emphasis on new business on top of managing client expectations is too much, especially when teams are understaffed

    Focus on recognizing all that your junior and mid level staff does to keep the company afloat, and pay them adequately to keep them happy.
