    Pros

    Excellent experience, committed team, knowledgeable about their specialization, professional, hardworking, organized even if in silos, generous pay

    Cons

    It can be difficult to work with all the egos, high pressure can stagnate the creative thinking process and the ability to innovate on behalf of client strategy and approach. Lots of fear based behavior and this actually stymied the project.

    Advice to Management

    Identify and hire a professional sales staff and trust them to approach new clients with the appropriate level of pitch, consultative sales processes are nothing to be afraid of and will be required to continue building the sales funnel
