I have been working at Flight Centre full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

you work with some great, fun people that will become your best friends

    Cons

little work/life balance, the pay could be better, upper management could use more than a few lessons on how to treat employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

listen to your people on the front line...they know what they're talking about. Also, invest in some serious, real training for your staff...not the cheap, kindergarten stuff you call training.
And you need to get people in IT that actually know what they're doing.
