Former Employee - Senior Product Engineer  in  Springville, UT
Former Employee - Senior Product Engineer in Springville, UT

I worked at Flowserve full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Exciting products and good people to work with. Provided lots of training opportunities for ongoing education. Benefits are what you would expect for a corporation this size

    Cons

Raises are very little most years. Employees that stay are given small yearly increases, but if you leave they will offer a huge increase to get you to stay. I chose to leave. With the corporate pay structure I would have never gotten a raise again at the higher level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Compensate your employees to better match market rates.
