If you like change, this is the place for you

Former Employee - Human Resources Manager  in  Everett, WA
Former Employee - Human Resources Manager in Everett, WA

I worked at Fluke Corporation full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Decent opportunities for career movement if you are open to relocation, benefits are okay, compensation is fairly competitive.

    Cons

Very few development or learning opportunities beyond the usual Danaher Business System courses. Little recognition - not a very appreciative culture. Work / Life balance is many departments is non-existent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management needs to set the tone for appreciation, work-life balance, taking risks to be innovative. Focus less on process and reporting to DHR Corporate, and more on the customer and your employees.
