    Pros

Reminiscing about the good old days is the one and only Pro about Fluke Networks. That was years ago, before the long march to oblivion began.

    Cons

A company reflects its leadership. Fluke Networks is no different. The president is a clueless, lifeless mass of befuddlement. Many employees wonder if he has a pulse. His supporting cast is no better and often worse because they compound their incompetence with politics.

The company cellar-dwells in yesteryear’s business. Lack of investment kept them from recognizing opportunities, much less capitalizing on them. That damage is permanent.

Absolutely zero job security. Layoffs are clockwork. With the asset sale and consolidation it will get worse.

    Advice to Management

Stop encouraging employees to post “Great” reviews about the company. They get zero Helpful votes so they have no credibility. Kind of like you.
