I have been working at Fluke Networks full-time (More than 10 years)
The leadership works hard to increase employee satisfaction and engagement. A great work life balance where productivity is measured by output, not by the time you sit in your cube.
As a Danaher Subsidiary, the emphasis is on delivering quarterly results, which makes the company a great stock pick. Unfortunately the effect is streamlining to the bone and a micro focus on selling what the company has (Milk the COW). The companies leadership lacks a long term strategy for growth through new product innovation and execution, extremely risk averse to verticals.
Advice to Management
Stop focusing on employee satisfaction surveys, parties and events. Focus instead on a growth strategy that includes new product innovations which creates employee satisfaction and job security.
