Great place if you have an entrepreneurial spirit and want the freedom to make things happen. Management lets you explore ideas and determine what's best for customers. No micro-management and plenty of latitude given to try various approaches to solving problems and increasing business.
One issue, common to many organizations these days, is resources. There never seems to be enough people, time or dollars to execute plans properly or effectively. It is difficult to get the necessary investment in resources. The typical response is get the revenue and you will get the resources, but that does not usually happen as expected.
Advice to Management
It would really make a big difference to get buy-in to a strategy and have everyone on board to execute that strategy rather than having silo's of individuals trying to execute solo to the best of their ability.
