Career Development is non-existent for Exempt Salaried Employees.
Annual Performance Assessments are conducted with minimal management effort.
Retirees won't learn new technologies and treat the younger workforce bad.
Retirees work very inefficiently and cause work flow to be slow.
Very expensive company (overhead) which causes FLUOR to be too expensive so they don't win bids.
    Most work is overseas now.
    Pay increases are very minimal.
Promote from the "Good-ol-Boy" crew methodology. If you have a relative or close friend higher up they will promote that person instead of the more qualified individual.
    Management seems very unorganized.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to the younger workforce as most of the experience is getting ready to retire. Promote better Career Development with younger workforce. Don't let the good talent get lost in the masses. There are plenty of other great companies to work for that understand the “Baby-Boomers” are retiring.
