I have been working at Foley Equipment full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Not sure. Not allowed to interact with co workers so not even sure if anyone is nice.

    Cons

Verbaly abused by management team. Benefits are not good. The whole environment is very depressing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of your problem who is the controller and accounting manager. HR is aware of the problem and nothing is done. Owner needs to spend more time in the office than out meeting her customers. Owner is so out of touch with her employees. There is a big turnover there. Lucky if people last a year.
