    Pros

    [crickets]--I sadly have nothing to say.

    Cons

    No transparency; poor assignment management; work hard, who cares; go to every happy hour, you're likely about to make partner.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    No transparency in promotions/bonuses and quality/quantity of work seems to play a negligible role; associates seem to have chips on their shoulders and are very negative about other large firms in the area; run more like a fraternity than a law firm; no oversight on assignments/general workflow; vacation plans are very likely to be unapologetically cancelled on your behalf.
