    I worked at Follett Higher Education Group part-time (less than an year)


    It was on campus, and there is a nice teamwork atmosphere here.


    They have too many people in charge that aren't on the same page. I personally had four official bosses, and sometimes they would all tell me to do different things. For example, once I was told by one of my bosses to wrap online orders at a table out front because the back was too crowded. Another boss was upset that I was wrapping them there and told me to immediately go to the back room, and once I was in the back room again the first boss asked me why I was back there. It's chaotic. Also, for a college bookstore, the hours are surprisingly not that flexible.

    Just make sure everyone is on the same page.
