    -Many good and competent lower-level employees
    -Good camaraderie in the lower ranks
    -Solid Human Resources team


    -Unwillingness to provide resources for any teams outside of the sales and marketing.
    -Promotions given to unqualified employees.
    -Unstable and incompetent executive management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Employee morale should be one of the top priorities at any company. The less the employees are respected, the worse performance and quality of work will become. Profitability aside, there needs to be a balance - finding that balance and making sure that all employees feel appreciated is a key component to a viable and successful company.
