I worked at Ford Motor Company full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The company is very powerful -- and historic

    Cons

treated to an extreme sort of injustice in thinking and practice that has not been resolved yet.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

upper management should communicate better with people that have by an injustice become victims to the practices of Ford Motor Companies more powerful employees (unfortunate that they are employees of Ford -- the company really should better represent advancement of US and World culture and society -- instead of acting as a somewhat frightening proponent and supporter of growing bad trends
