    I worked at Forrest Solutions Staffing full-time (More than a year)


    The office looks neat and shiny.


    This is a horrible place to work as a recruiter and account manager. Turnover rate is extremely poor and the owner of the company is known for firing employees. Do not risk your career at this unstable place. They will promise the world to you. They will even lie about how much commission different managers are earning. In reality, top recruiters and sales folks earn less than the industry standard. Once you join, you will attend a lot of monthly meetings where they will brain wash all the workers about how great the company is. They will talk about the Inc5000 list or the Crane’s list for top companies. In reality, any company can be in that list if they donate enough money to Inc5000/Cranes and hire a smart accountant. FSS donated a lot of money to be on those lists. FSS will hire anyone but act like they are picky. They pay draws instead of salary because they do not want to invest in their employees. The health care package is horrible. The CEO also fires people if he or she doesn’t make a deal in 2 months. In reality, it is very normal in this business. Often time they will recruit you from another agency by giving you high draw but after couple of months they will cut your draw unless you are making deals left and right. It is extremely hard to have a decent work and life balance at FSS. They will tell you that the work hour is from 8:15-5:30 but in reality, you are expected to report to your desk at 8am and stay there till 6:30pm (10.5 hrs). There are many places you can earn more money and have a better balance of work and life. Do not fall for the appearance of the office and stay away from FSS.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your workers with dignity and respect. Do not play with people's career.
