    I worked at Fortinet full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    flexible timings, decent base pay, company has wide range of products

    Cons

    long hours, chinese domination especially in engineering, no tuition reimbursement, no perks, depressing environment to work in, if you are chinese or can speak chinese you will be everyone's favorite and can grow within the company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    replace current employees in R&D, at the very least managers with qualified professionals who can communicate well within the team. This is America, not China!
