Great stepping stone, but not a place to build a career

There are lots of learning opportunities and resources to aid in technical development for certain areas of the company.

Not really a place where you can get ahead and advance in your career. Should be viewed as a place to pick up some skills and leverage them at a different company. The bureaucracy and silos can be stifling and very counterproductive. The most talented people usually end up leaving the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on getting better people and invest in the development of your high potential employees so that some of them will stay at the company.
